We reserve the right to permanently delete data from any inactive account that does not have an associated active paid subscription. This is done in order to maintain the integrity and performance of our systems.

An account is considered inactive if it has not been accessed or used for an extended period of time. The specific inactivity period that will trigger data deletion is 3 months.

Accounts with active paid subscriptions are exempt from this data deletion policy - your data will be preserved as long as your paid subscription remains active.

If your free or trial account becomes inactive and its data has been deleted, you can reactivate the account at any time. However, we cannot guarantee the recovery of any data that was permanently removed due to prolonged inactivity.
