Please note that the subscription can be purchased only by the account owner.
When your 14-day free Pro-plan trial expires, you can select your subscription plan by visiting the 'Subscription' tab.
For the Basic and Pro plans, you can decide on an annual or a monthly subscription:
The cost of a My Hours Basic subscription is 4.00 USD per user per month when billed annually and 5.00 USD per user per month when billed monthly.
The cost of a My Hours Pro subscription is 8.00 USD per user per month when billed annually and 9.00 USD per user per month when billed monthly.
Selecting a Basic or a Pro plan will take you to the check-out form, where you will choose a monthly/annual plan and enter your billing information.
The number of users displayed in the form is the number of users that are currently in the account and are not archived:
If you need to lower this number, please adjust the number of users in the Users tab. You will be charged for as many users as you see on the Users list with the 'Active' status.
Next, please enter your billing details and payment method (credit card or PayPal) and click 'Upgrade to paid plan'.
By clicking 'Upgrade to paid plan', you will upgrade your account to a PRO subscription plan. Your credit card will be charged right away for the displayed amount.
The plan renews automatically unless you cancel it before the renewal.
