Cancel subscription or close account

Cancel a paid account


For the paid accounts, the account owner needs to go to the Settings > Subscription tab to downgrade or close the account. There are two options:

  • downgrading the account to the free version and removing all Pro features and Pro-related data (the 'Downgrade to free' option)

  • or closing the account completely (the 'Close account' option)​

Please note that once you select the 'Close account' option, your subscription will be canceled immediately, and you will lose access to the account. If you wish to cancel your subscription before the next renewal (and keep your access meanwhile), contact us at support@myhours.com.

Close a free account

The free accounts can be closed by the account owner in the Settings > Subscription tab:
