To update or replace your credit card, please go to the 'Subscription' tab. This tab is only available to the account owners. If you are not the account owner, you will need to reach out to the account owner to update the billing information.
Please follow the link to the billing portal to update the billing information.
If you have not set up the account there yet, you need to request a Login Link via email:
** Please note that the email and password that you use to log in to My Hours are not the same for logging in to the billing portal. This is a separate login.
