The administrator can set the time format in the 'Time, date & currency' section of the Account settings:

There are two time formats available for displaying hours in all of the reports across the entire account: a decimal format and a military format (hh:mm:ss).

** Please note that if another administrator changes these settings, this will affect the entire account.
