The account owners can downgrade the account to the free version here: https://app.myhours.com/account/downgrade
Please note that by downgrading to the free version all PRO functionalities, settings, and data will be removed. The PRO settings and data (such as budgets, rates, and invoices) will not be restored if you upgrade to PRO again, you will need to start from scratch.
