Can I assign one project to multiple clients?

Unfortunately no, each project can be assigned to one client only. One client can have multiple projects assigned, but not the other way around.

If you need a project with the same settings and tasks assigned to multiple clients, you can copy an existing project, assign the copy to another client and possibly also add a client name to the project name to be able to tell the projects apart quickly.
