The Account Owner is the main Administrator user with access to the Subscription tab and the privilege to manage the subscription plan, update billing details, and view subscription invoices. There can be only one Account Owner. They are the only ones who can close the account, if needed.
To transfer the account ownership to a different user, the current account owner needs to visit the new account owner's profile in the Users tab.

Locate this section on the user's profile:
If the current account owner is no longer with the company, contact us at support@myhours.com to let us know which user will be the new account owner, and we will transfer the ownership for you.
