If you haven't viewed our video tutorial yet, here's a short section about reporting. Below the video, you will find written instructions as well.

My Hours offers different types of reports. First, let us offer you a general introduction and an overview of the usability of each one.

Dashboard (more details)

The Dashboard will give you a great general overview of how the time is being spent and information on the billable amounts. This is the report that you can check in 5 min and get all the important information at once, on your projects and your team members.

Detailed (more details)

The Detailed report is the most comprehensive one. It can show all recorded information, all the way down to log descriptions and the start and end times of each log. The level of detail and the columns included in the report are fully customizable. You will be able to save different types of reports to quickly retrieve data, and schedule for these reports to be sent periodically to administrators, managers, or clients.

Team pivot (more details)

If you wish to analyze how your team is spending time by more than one parameter at once, Team pivot is your go-to report. For example, here you will find a breakdown for each team member, how much time they spent on each project, and on each task inside that project. The team pivot report will give you a great overview of how all tracked time and resources are allocated between clients, projects, and tasks and the possibility to quickly identify any discrepancies and rearrange team resources.

Economy (more details)

The Economy report will show you the balance between labor costs and billable amounts. Here you will quickly get general information on companies’ financial balance and see profits or losses for each project, client, task, or team member This way you will see whether there are any outliers that are constantly generating loss or profit, and plan your future work accordingly.

Timesheet (more details)

The Timesheet report will give you a weekly overview of how your team is spending their time. You will see the total recorded hours in a week for each team member and how their time was distributed across projects and tasks. You can of course download this report for other date ranges than a week as well.
