Switching between different filters and settings every week or month to create a report can be quite tiresome. To speed things up you can use saved reports.

First, prepare the report according to your needs. Select columns, grouping, filtering, and view settings, and set the date range. In the top right corner, you’ll notice a “Saved reports” dropdown. Open it and select “Save”. Then name your report and you’re good to go.

There are a few options you can select when creating a new saved report:

1. TEAM VISIBLE

The created report configuration will be visible to all administrators in your account. They will see this saved report in their Saved reports dropdown as well. If you do not select this option, the saved report will be visible to you only.

2. FIXED DATE RANGE

The saved report configuration will have a fixed date range, always the exactly same dates that you set. If you don’t select this option, then the date range will change depending of when you view the report. For example: if you set a week as a date range, the report will always show current week as a date range, not always the same 7 days.

3. SCHEDULE REPORT

You can also schedule sending these saved reports to yourself, your team members, or clients. A PDF report will be sent 6 hours after the end of the selected date range in UTC timezone.
