The subscription for the PRO account is charged either monthly or annually. The payment is made by the account owner for all users in the account.

Monthly subscriptions are charged monthly at a rate of 9.00 USD per user. Annual subscriptions are charged yearly at a rate of 8.00 USD per user per month (96.00 USD per year).

You can add or remove users at any time, your monthly charge will simply reflect the change proportionately. 

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time.

Annual subscriptions are charged yearly at a rate of 8.00 USD per user per month (96.00 USD per year).

When you add new users, you will be charged for their subscription automatically to cover the proportional charges from the date added till the date of the next renewal (the end of your yearly billing cycle).

When you remove users from the account, you will get a credit for the remaining portion of their annual subscription charge. The credit will be kept on your billing portal and will be used to cover subscription charges when adding new users to your account or it will be deducted from your upcoming subscription renewal invoices.

If you decide to cancel the annual plan before the yearly cycle is up, the remaining balance is non-refundable.
