If you work on tasks that recur frequently, you can add them to the list of your Favorites, so that you will be able to add them to your day faster:
Adding the favorite time logs
You have a few different options here:
if you save your favorite time log without entering a duration or start and end times you will be able to quickly start the timer for the favorite log.
If you save the favorite log with start and end times, it will be added with the same start and end times every time you select it.
If you save it with duration only, it will be added with the same duration and without start and end times.
Using the favorites to add time logs
if your log is saved without entering a duration or start and end times you can start the timer for your favorite log by pressing the 'Play' button or using Shift + 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.
If your log is saved with start and end times, you can add it by clicking the '+' icon next to your favorite log or add it by pressing Shift + 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.
If your log is saved with duration only, it will be added you can add it by clicking the '+' icon next to your favorite log or add it by pressing Shift + 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.
You can also copy the favorite log by clicking on its name. This will copy the log details in the form and not add the log right away. This way you can change details and then add the log.
Keyboard shortcuts
Press Shift + 1, 2, 3, ... keys to quickly use a favorite log. Using a keyboard shortcut for a log saved with no duration will start a timer for the selected log. To add the first log on the favorites list press Shift +1, for the second log on the list press Shift +2, etc.
Can I edit the favorite time logs?
If you wish to update the favorite time log, please delete it and create a new one. At this time, it is not possible to edit the favorites. It is also not possible to rearrange the order of the favorite logs on the list.
