In the Reminders section of the Account settings tab, administrators can set different options for how and when the reminders should be sent to their users:

Email reminders

The email reminders will be sent to everyone at the selected hour according to your local time (not their local times).

Tracking reminders

Daily reminders: an email reminder will be sent on the next day to everyone who forgot to enter any hours on the previous day.

Weekly reminders: a reminder will be added to the weekly email report for everyone who did not reach the target hours in the previous week. The weekly reports are sent on Monday.

Overtime reminders

Daily reminders: an email reminder will be sent on the next day to everyone who tracked more than the daily target of hours on the previous day.

Weekly reminders: a reminder will be added to the weekly email report for everyone who entered more than the target hours in the previous week. The weekly reports are sent on Monday.

Administrator's weekly overview

All administrators will receive a weekly overview email every Monday to see which users were off weekly target hours in the previous week:

The weekly email will also contain detailed timesheets of all users.

Manager's weekly overview

All Managers will receive the summary of hours tracked by their team on the projects that they have access to:

The weekly email sent to Managers will contain all data that they can otherwise access in the reports.

Mobile reminders

If you wish for team members to receive a reminder on their mobile devices at the start and the end of each workday, please instruct them to download the mobile app first.

Each individual will be able to turn the mobile reminders on in the ‘Work settings’ section of the ‘Account’ tab of the mobile app:

When mobile reminders are set a user will receive a reminder:

  • If they have not yet entered any time and it is past the time when their daily work routine is set to start.

  • If the timer is still running and it is past the time when their daily work routine is set to finish.
