How can I add a member that already has an account?

Unfortunately, each user can only be added to one My Hours account with one unique email address.

If a user already has a My Hours account, you will need to use their secondary email address to add them to your team.
​
The existing account they have and the new account will not be connected. We are working on enabling this in the future, but at the moment, they will have two separate accounts.
