You have two options on how to remove users from the account, you can archive them or delete them. We recommend archiving them. Please go to the Users tab to remove users.
Archive a user
An archived user will lose access to their account, but their past data will remain in your reports. You can restore their account if needed. The subscription charge for their account will be canceled, as we do not charge for archived users.
Delete a user
A deleted user will be unassigned from all projects and all their time logs will be deleted as well. You will not be able to restore their account.
