If you have set up the approval workflow and have the correct privileges, you can approve time logs via the mobile app.
You can set the required approval of time logs when setting up the Projects or Users. If the approval is required for a Project or a User, all entered time logs will have a Pending status until they are approved.
You will see the totals of pending logs by users in the Approvals tab:
If you click on a specific user, you will be able to approve or reject their entries:
