Please go to the Account tab to invite other users to your account:
To add a new user, click 'Invite' in the upper right corner.
When adding a new member you will be able to set their role in the account. See more information on user roles here >>>
You will also be able to set their labor rate and their billable rate. See more information on the rates here >>>
If you set 'Required log approval for this user' this means that all logs entered by this user will have a Pending status until they are approved by an Administrator or a Manager with the correct privileges. See how to approve logs in the mobile app >>>
Once the user is added, they will receive an email invitation with a link to set their password. Then they can log in and start tracking.
